Kelosyöte resort has building grounds for holiday cottages in the area of ’Aurinkokallio’. Building grounds are situated next to cross-country skiing tracks, in the vicinity of a national park.
All future buildings will be attached to communal water and sewer system network. Price of the water and sewer system you can ask the town of the Pudasjärvi from the technical office.
